About our Speaker, Karen Sarappo - Korn Ferry

Karen is a Senior Director – Talent for North America with a focus on the firm’s Advisory Business, based in the New York office. 

Karen works closely with the Advisory CEO and other leaders as the Talent partner in the region. She is a trusted advisor and provides broad counsel and guidance to business leaders. 

Prior to Korn Ferry, Karen was Business Management Director at Boston Consulting Group in their New Jersey office. In this role, she coached senior leadership to define strategy and execute transformation initiatives for revenue and profit generation.

Prior to Boston Consulting Group, Karen was at Marsh & McLennan Companies where provided Human Resources leadership to drive and execute human capital solutions at both Mercer and Oliver Wyman

Karen started her consulting career at Booz Allen Hamilton where she worked with leadership on talent acquisition, resource and talent management. 

Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University. 

Karen has worked in New York, Paris and London and is a dual citizen of the United States and France. She is fluent in French.
